APDO Association of Professional Declutterers & Organisers welcomes you to our 14th annual conference.

Taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Docklands in London, join us for an action-packed two days of exchanging knowledge and ideas and hearing from top industry experts. 2024 offers a fantastic line-up of international and UK speakers as well as a selection of varied workshops. Over the course of the conference you can reconnect with old friends, meet new ones and find exciting opportunities to help you grow your own business.

Tickets

There are a number of ticket options available:

Early Bird:
Our Early Bird tickets are exclusive to APDO Members and Associates only and are available until 14th January 2024.

2 day early bird ticket - £295
1 day early bird ticket - £180

Standard Member Ticket Prices:

2 day member ticket - £340
1 day member ticket - £220

Standard Non Member Ticket Prices:

2 day ticket - £450
1 day ticket - £300

Conference Only day tickets are Available until Friday 23rd Feb 2024 (subject to availability)

Accommodation:

Accommodation is available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Docklands hotel where the conference is being held. Rooms can be booked directly with APDO at the following rates:

Double bedroom with breakfast, based on single occupancy - £154.00 per night.
Twin bedroom with breakfast, based on 2 people - £169.00 per night.

If a twin room is booked, based on 2 delegates sharing, then one of the guests will need to pay for the room and then sort out the finances with your room guest.

PLEASE NOTE: Special APDO Accommodation rates are only available to book until Friday 26th January. Should you require a room after this time please contact the conference team via email on [email protected]. The rates aren't guaranteed after this date.

Payment Plan:

A payment plan is available. You have the opportunity to spread the cost over 3 payments in the run-up to conference. A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to proceed with the plan. Please contact admin if you wish to go with the payment plan option.

Socials

Conference dinner on 7 March
Join the Board and Conference team for drinks and dinner at an exciting local venue in London - a great opportunity for you to socialise with old friends and new.

Dinner Price: £35.00 inc vat - includes a welcome drink, main and dessert. This will be in buffet style. All dietary requirements will be catered for with prior warning. Venue to be confirmed.

The Conference Buddy Programme

2022 was the first time we offered a Conference Buddy programme, designed for those who have never been to conference or just wanted someone to buddy up with. It was a great success and is a service we are offering again this year. Are you possibly nervous about coming to conference on your own or not knowing anyone and would like a friendly face to connect with when you get here? Let us know on the booking form if you'd like a Conference Buddy and we'll be in touch with more details. You may be buddied up with either a new member or an experienced organiser.

New for 2024!

The Institute for Challenging Disorganization is hosting a workshop on Chronic Disorganization on March 6, 2024 from 1:00pm to 4:30pm. Anyone curious and interested in learning more about chronic disorganization and ADHD is invited to attend.

Delegates should be 18 years or over. All ticket prices are inclusive of 20% VAT.

If you have any specific requirements to make your time at conference more comfortable, please contact the Conference team - [email protected] - before purchasing your package to ensure that we can facilitate your request sufficiently.

Members of the following organisations will also qualify for APDO Membership Ticket Rates: ANPOP, AOPE, FFPO, FAPO, ICD, JALO, KAPO, NAPO, NBPO, CALO, APOI and POC. APDO Volunteers and Ambassadors will also be entitled to a discounted ticket.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets cancelled by 6 February 2024 will be refunded less a £40 admin fee (inclusive of 20% VAT). Refunds are not available after that date. Tickets can be transferred up to 23 February 2024, but membership tickets cannot be transferred to non-members.

APDO reserves the right to change details regarding the conference programme if necessary.
