Jo will take us on the various different journeys that donated items can take. Jo will also discuss sustainability and how every delegate & organisation can help charities reach their goals.

Bio: I have been working in the brilliant Retail Sector for over 30 years. Playing my part in various roles from Visual Merchandising, Store Management, District and Regional leaderships to Head of Retail.
I ventured into the wonderful world of Charity Retailing 6 years ago. Leading a team of experts with a portfolio of 560 high street shops and over 35 sector leading Superstores. There is over 2000 colleagues supporting the retail network plus over 11,000 amazing volunteers.
I am also a Board Director for the Charity Retail Association, which is a membership body representing Charity retailing. We have over 400 members.
