Work with me to address:

Physical clutter - what stays and what goes

Disorganisation - feel prepared and organised

Overwhelm - get started and keep going

I offer a blended approach of home decluttering and transformational coaching.Create the physical and mental environment to live the life you want.

- I work with real people, real lifestyles, real homes. I promote ‘tidy enough', not perfection.

- I favour simple solutions. Systems should make less work, not more.

- I aim to empower you to have confidence in your decisions. You are the expert on your own life.

- I believe that we all have the capacity for change.

- I advocate for doing your best, and acknowledging limitations with forgiveness.

Decluttering and organising is highly personal in some ways, and widely universal in others. You are individual, but not alone.

I welcome clients with autism, ADHD, chronic disorganisation, and hoarding behaviours.

I offer a zero judgement, client-led approach. Helping you to love your home again. I work both online and in person. I am based in Bath, Somerset. For more information please visit my website: https://www.chirp-home.co.uk/

Amy's non-judgemental attitude has been greatly appreciated throughout our work together and she has helped me clear clutter from my home and also from my head. I can see where I can now make changes and the bouts of overwhelm are now, thankfully, few and far between. Making the mind maps - seeing the challenge ahead of me but in bitesized pieces (broken down by room) helped control overwhelm. Throwing away photos I hadn't looked at for years was far easier than I expected! - S
I feel very fortunate to have found Amy to help myself and my teenage daughter declutter the unwieldy and overwhelming mess that engulfed our entire house. Amy has worked well with both of us. She works hard and efficiently with a holistic, non-judgemental approach. I am an OCD sufferer with probable ADHD, and crippling anxiety stopped me tackling anything . My daughter is autistic and her neurodiversity also affected her ability to organise her extremely cluttered bedroom. The house was so cluttered and filthy that I didn’t know where to start. It was very scary to get someone in to help us. I had tried using a declutterer before who I felt did not understand my challenges and left me feeling more anxious after every visit and unable to maintain any systems. I realised that for it to work this time, it was very important that as well as finding someone that would gently and respectfully push me to challenge my limits, that I found someone who truly listened to my anxieties and who made me feel heard. As well as building up trust, Amy was able to get a sense of how to set up systems to keep me organised based on what she learned about the way my mind works. I highly recommend Amy. This process is changing my life for the better. - R
Amy and I have been working together remotely for a few years now. My situation was always going to take some time; a combination of chronic illness, hoarding parents' examples and some big unforeseen life events made decluttering, which can already be a huge task, seem almost impossible sometimes. But doing this together with Amy helps me keep making progress depending on my abilities at that time. Her help has been invaluable. She is definitely very well-equipped to handle more complicated situations and can help you get to the root of things and make lasting changes. I feel very seen by her, she doesn't jump to conclusions or make wrong assumptions and that creates a very safe space. Also, I always have a good time during our sessions. She's a lovely person and I look forward to our online sessions every week. - L
