Specialisms
Business/work productivity
For business clients, I offer wider expertise in digital organising. I am trained in web technologies across multiple platforms and skilled in sourcing suitable software solutions, with advanced training in Microsoft Office programmes, data analysis, and accessibility standards. I can offer training for specific use cases, and I am a supporter of open source solutions, so that cost is rarely a barrier to achieving your digital goals.
ADHD
I am a late-diagnosed AuDHD who is discovering what it is like to ‘be‘ neurodivergent. Organisation and clutter were my middle names for most of my life, and they occupied my mind constantly. I have spent the last few years since my diagnosis researching the topic of organising and hoarding, facilitating online groups, and listening to friends and mentors along the way. Dr Stephen Shore once said, “When you meet one person with Autism, you’ve met one person with Autism”. People who are neurodivergent often face challenges with executive function, which is the set of mental skills that help us manage our time, stay organised, and control our impulses. For example, someone with ADHD might struggle with clutter and hoarding because it’s hard for them to keep track of what they have and make decisions about what to keep or discard. I recognise that each one of us has unique needs, preferences, and insights into what makes a comfortable space for us to enjoy. My comprehensive approach is uniquely empathetic and rooted in my lived experience. It unites the digital and physical, boosting productivity and enhancing mental well-being. I will work with you to create space for you in your daily life where you can pursue and develop your interests, free from the anxieties related to your neurodivergent diagnosis.
