I am Helen Hickey, I started Time and Space to support people declutter and organise their homes. I have always enjoyed doing this in my own home and supporting family and friends to do the same. I realise that for me having regular decluttering and organising sessions in my own home has been as much about clearing my head and feeling mentally lighter as it has about clearing my space.
I am a qualified coach, have worked in HR and people roles for over 20 years. I am approachable supportive, non judgemental and really enjoy helping people to enjoy their space and clear their mind.
With regard to the service I provide I will work with you at your pace so that you feel comfortable to make decisions about the things you want in your home. It is not necessarily about getting rid of things but about putting systems in place to ensure that it is easy to find things and tidy at the end of the day.
We would have an initial chat so that I can understand what it is that you are looking for help with, I can come and look at the areas to learn more about your space and then book in the first session.
I really love my job, the sense of achievement at the end of a session to see how your space has transformed is special. This gives you the space and time to do the things you enjoy doing!
