I have a calm and caring approach to my work, a positive outlook and bags of energy and to get the job done. Above all, I'm a people person who is professional, non-judgemental, honest and hardworking. I gain so much satisfaction from working with clients and seeing the positive impact my support has on their lives.

I work with clients to create organised homes that make a difference to their daily life. Each customer's requirements vary so I work in a bespoke, and inclusive way, to meet their needs.

My services include:

General Decluttering & Organising - from a single cupboard to the whole house. Including very full homes, chronic disorganisation and hoarding behaviours. Home office organisation - clear paperwork backlogs, set up filling systems and create storage solutions for papers, books, stationary and all other office equipment.

Moving Home - unpacking and organisation support

Support Following Bereavement - Sensitive and professional support to carefully sort through possessions following a loss.

I support clients across a range of areas relating to my industry, and to ensure my support is professional and effective, I have attended training courses include Interior design, Decluttering, Virtual organising, Hoarding, Neurodiversity & Executive Function, ADHD, Foundation in Counselling, and Chronic Disorganisation (amongst others). I read, watch and listen to as much as I can relating to my profession.

I help many clients who are feeling overwhelmed, whether they're in very full homes, struggling to organise their home/life, have been bereaved, suffer ill health, and benefit from physical or emotional support.

As well as working with clients, I give talks, radio interviews and teach workshops about all things decluttering and organising.

Specialisms

Move Management
I have attended move management and interior design training and regularly support clients to declutter and organise ahead of moves and/or building projects. I have worked to prepare homes for sale and have experience providing unpacking services.

ADHD
I have attended training to support clients with ADHD. Courses attended include 'ADHD for organisers' and 'Executive Function, Neurodiversity and clutter'. I have person experience supporting family members with ADHD which led to many other training courses to deepen my knowledge. I regularly support clients who are neurodivergent and consider myself to be undiagnosed.

Hoarding behaviour
I have attended Hoarding training to Level 3 and regularly support clients with Hoarding Disorder and Hoarding tendencies. I facilitate a Hoarding support group and work for individuals, local authorities and housing associations to ensure support is available to those living in hoarded spaces.

Public Speaking
I regularly give talks to local community groups and speak on local radio stations about all things decluttering and organising. I am comfortable on a stage following 20 plus years as a qualified Ceroc dance teacher to large audiences.
