Personal experience of dealing with sorting and decluttering homes at times of life-changing events inspired me to set up Fossicle, a professional house organising, decluttering, and move management service to provide practical support for people in similar situations.
And because every client is different, it’s all about the personal touch. It’s up to you how much and at what pace we work together to sort, simplify, and organise your home if you are moving, relocating, downsizing, or dealing with bereavement.
Professionally I’ve worked in legal firms and Public Relations consultancies as well as writing and editing newsletters and magazines.
I’ve undertaken APDO’s training courses:
• Starting a Professional Organising Business and
• Working with Clients: A Collaborative Approach to Complex Situations.
I’ve also trained as a Senior Move Manager through the National Association of Senior and Speciality Move Managers (NASMM), completing their:
• Four Cornerstone courses and
• FrontDoor Senior Move Management Training and Business Development Programme.
And I've completed Hoarding Disorders UK – Virtual Hoarding Awareness Training – Stage 1.
I have professional and public liability insurance and am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
