Public Speaking
Presenting a clear message through the medium of speech is a skill I continue to hone. Every audience is different and every 'client' (the person/organisation that engages me), has a different requirement to previous clients. Every presentation or training is therefore individually crafted to ensure that the desired outcomes are met.
My delivery is engaging, informative, encouraging and fun. I aim to be fully inclusive with any exercises and challenges set during the event.
I am happy to travel the world to speak at in person events, but will also deliver appropriately online or via a pre-recorded session.
Life Coaching
Coaching and Mentoring have been central to the way I have run my business over the years. As a consultant to my clients I have always had a coaching approach in serving them. In 2022 I embarked upon my formal Coach training with Destiny Coaching who provide ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coaching programmes.

I have a degree in Interior Design and Architecture.
My business, Younique Designs Ltd started off solely as an Interior Design Consultancy. Now it offers Coaching, Mentoring, teaching and professional organising services.
Business/work productivity
Prior to establishing my own business in 2007 I worked as a Workplace specialist - this not only involved the design of work spaces but all of the consultation that went into the design. An understanding of the organisational structure and interdependencies between the teams. For some while I specialised in SOHO's (Small Office : Home Office), in a time before hybrid working was a thing.
I have a keen interest in Neuro Architecture, which explores how our environment affect how we think, feel and behave. Our productivity as individuals and as a collective is affected by the environment that we work in, as well as our mental approach to the work that we do.
I work with business owners and their teams to both explore the impact of the environment upon productivity and mindset (goals, passions, desires) of individuals.
Home Staging
In 2007 I became one of the first House Doctor trained Home Stagers in the UK. I was personally trained by Ann Maurice the original TV House Doctor. As someone who has a keen interest in Neuro Architecture it is obvious to me that how we style and stage our homes is going to affect their saleability. Whether the home sale market is tough or easy a staged home will always sell quicker and for a better price than a home that isn't staged.
Alongside the Home Staging Younique Designs will be with you for the journey helping you pack up prior to move day, and unpack, organise and style when the joyful move day happens.
We both want to tell you how delighted we are with the new bedroom and bathroom - we feel we are staying in a top notch hotel. You really have made our rooms look marvellous.
