One of the UK's leading organisers, Juliet is a certified coach with specialist training in ADHD and chronic disorganisation. With a background in academic teaching, she set up her consultancy JLP Coach in 2008 and volunteered for six years as APDO's 1st head of training. In 2024 she became the first person in the UK to qualify as a Certified Professional Organiser, specialising in Chronic Disorganization.
She has a particular interest in supporting adults and students with disabilities and understands the specific challenges associated with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and other forms of neurodiversity.
Juliet has written two books: Being More Productive (2017) and Clearing Your Clutter (2018) and is regularly featured in the media. She's always ready to offer tips, insights and interviews for print, radio, tv or online publications.
In addition to coaching and writing, Juliet is an expert speaker. She devises and presents innovative talks on themes such as:

Juliet is a regular speaker at national and international conferences for professional organisers. During lockdown she set up the Academy for Virtual Organising to offer training and business support to organisers working online. And in 2021, Juliet created Spare Room Sorted, a non-profit project to help host families prepare accommodation for refugees from Ukraine and elsewhere.

Personal/family productivity
I'm a certified coach and productivity expert, with experience of helping young adults to develop time management and organising skills. This often involves liaising closely with parents, carers and other family members.
I'm a regular speaker and writer on issues relating to personal productivity and have written two books: Being More Productive (2017) and Clearing Your Clutter (2018)
ADHD
I'm a certified coach with many years' experience of helping students and young adults, including many affected by ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity, to develop time management and organising skills.
I hold a specialist certificate in ADHD from ICD Institute for Challenging Disorganization and am listed as a qualified expert on the ADHD-UK website.
A lifelong learner, I'm currently registered in the Advanced Professional ADHD Coach Certification Program with the US-based training body, ADD CA.
Life Coaching
I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Since 2008 I have coached individuals from diverse backgrounds online and in-person to achieve personal and professional goals. I have a particular interest in coaching students and young adults to stop procrastinating, make decisions, shift habits and create meaningful changes at home, at work and while studying.
Business/work productivity
I have more than 20 years' experience of coaching students, young adults and professionals to develop time management skills, and have written a book on overcoming procrastination, What's Your Excuse for not Being More Productive?
I'm regularly invited to speak about productivity at corporate and community events, and am regularly featured as a productivity expert in the media.
I recently volunteered on the Time Management & Productivity Taskforce for ICD Institute for Challenging Disorganization and contributed a chapter on procrastination to the new ICD Guide to Challenging Disorganization (forthcoming).
Public Speaking
I'm a former university lecturer and a regular speaker in the media and at national and international conferences, including APDO, NBPO, POC and ICD.
I regularly speak about time management and productivity in corporate and community settings, on stage and online. In recent years I've spoken at Google Campus and led a Guardian Masterclass, I've presented talks at events such as the Ideal Home Show, Vitality, the Office Show, and Clean & Tidy, I've led workshops at Oxford University and in dozens of schools, colleges and community groups across the UK.
Juliet recently held a virtual workshop for the new cohort of students at Lincoln College, Oxford. It was well-received and greatly helped students prepare for the year ahead.
