Move Management
I have helped with several client moves. From decluttering prior to the move, helping with packing and liaising with the removals company, to unpacking and organising the client's new home. I have also helped clients with house clearances following bereavement, including arranging charity collections and home staging, ready for sale. I can also help clients with their own version of Swedish Death Cleaning, facilitating the giving away or disposal of belongings and organising remaining belongings so that the client can downsize and enjoy clutter free living.
ADHD
I have several clients with ADHD and we find that regular sessions are particularly effective as the more I get to know that client, the better I understand what works for them and what doesn't. Simplifying filing systems for paperwork so that it doesn't become overwhelming, organising belongings in a very visual way and removing physical barriers to putting things away, for example, all make for a more organised home or office. Little and often usually works far better than one-off major purges.
