Professional organiser and declutterer, home / office organising, home staging, decluttering and packing for a down sizing move and home staging for potential sales marketing material, unpacking and home staging after a move. Some clients just want help with paperwork, in fact I find every client to be different and bespoke my service accordingly. I have been working as a professional organiser since April 2018 having been trained to APDO standard by a former APDO board member.
Specialisms
Public Speaking
I am currently the President of Ilkley Bluebelles WI which involves public speaking to our members every month, I have also delivered workshops to the members. I have completed a Train the Trainer course and delivered bespoke training courses to groups during a period of over ten years. I deliver workshops on decluttering, organising and productivity to groups of any size.
ADHD
I have received specific training in professional organising and productivity. I have also received training for professional organisers working with neurodiversity including ADHD, ADD and ASD. I am listed on the ADHD UK website and regularly donate to ADHD UK.
Hoarding behaviour
I have completed hoarding practitioner training through Hoarding Disorders UK. I have experience of working with clients working with hoarding tendencies in a compassionate and empathetic way.
Business/work productivity
I have completed the APDO Paperwork Simplified course and have experience of assisting many clients in streamlining their paperwork and setting up simple filing systems which should be easy to maintain. I can provide virtual PA services subject to availability and I can help if you need a little help getting through your to do list. Move Management
I have been trained via the A Tidy Mind franchisee programme, which includes extensive training on professional organising / decluttering prior to a house move, packing, unpacking and organising a new home. I have also received training in Home Styling and Home Staging.You are so good at what you do & provided the support I needed. I would never have got the flat cleared without your help. It means so much to me & I can never thank you enough for all your patience.
Hi Rachel, I can't thank you enough for supporting me through this long journey, putting up with me and most of all knowing how to deal with a hoarder and having the patience to do so and to encourage me along the way. I appreciate it more than I can say. The end is in sight and you did it all and I would not be where I am without you. Thank you for your patience, kindness and support and for prodding me along the way to keep going. You went above and beyond and I just want to say a huge thank you as I never thought at the beginning it would be achievable and that I'd have someone along the way to organize everything and not be phased by it all. It was a huge task in two parts and I can't believe you kept me going and was there all of the way to make sure everything got done. I still can't believe it.
