Clutter Cleared
United Kingdom

I bring support, enthusiasm and compassion to sensitively unpick complexity, and create calm from chaotic environments. By sharing my collection of organisational shortcuts, I enable clients to let go of shame around possessions and streamline life. Being at home doesn’t have to feel like hard work!

My clients are predominately autistic (ASD / ASC), or dealing with ADHD / ADD, Hoarding Behaviour, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I offer a bespoke, trauma informed and dementia friendly practice.

Decluttering service: what will you get?

- a gentle, judgement free process

- working at YOUR pace

- simplified access to your belongings

- easy steps to sustain an organised lifestyle

- mindset shifts to make good choices on future acquisitions

- instant results as items are redistributed to charity/recycling outlets

- the opportunity to flourish in your improved space.

Clients benefit from less procrastination, more motivation, greater self-esteem, and improved wellbeing.

Some larger projects are better served by a team. My decluttering partner, Phil Gaughan also has local knowledge and a large van to remove and redistribute items that no longer serve. These will be delivered to appreciative community projects, thus avoiding landfill.

Specialisms

Public Speaking

I have spoken in village halls, community centers and even a 11,000 seater stadium. I bring my authentic honest self to passionately talk about causes and challenges facing the world today.

Hoarding behaviour

My hobbie is learning. I am a collector of ideas and thrive on finding out different ways of doing the same thing. The last time I was not signed up to a course or working towards another cirtificatation was before I started school!

I regularly attend training (e.g. Understanding Hoarding Disorder level 1,2 and 3), international conferences and seminars on a range of topics that influence how I work with people affected by Hoarding Disorder and collecting behaviour.

Having the patients to understand a person as well as their possessions is something there are not qualifications in but thankfully I have an abundance of it!

ASD

I have extensively researched Autism, Sensory Processing Differences and the Demand Avoidance Profile. I have been on courses and actively campaign for improved access to diagnosis and support for those impacted by these conditions.

ADHD

I have a special interest in Neurodivergent conditions. I attend training and conferences every year.

Life Coaching

I work in a trauma-informed manner with all clients. I can also bring elements of my certification of Embodiment Coaching (Accredited by the International Coaching Federation). I guide clients to experience a felt-sense of how for instance their boundaries impact and inform their decision making.

You have helped me to cut through the excuses that I tell myself for keeping things & storing bits in unhelpful places. I can now see the wood for the trees! I can FIND EVERYTHING, it is amazing.
I love working in my 'Clutter Cleared' space. I can see the desk & I am using my filing systems on a daily basis. This has really changed me for the better as a parent and a business owner. Thank you.
Our house was in a complete state for years, full of stuff we just could not see past. The results were fantastic, it's been a joy to walk into ever since. We see the benefits of your work everyday.
