Ruth helped me to organise a command centre to help my day to day running of my hectic semi-retired life. I had open shelves full of random items, such as CD player and speakers, CDs, medicines, recipe books, papers and calendars. In a very short time, with a calm, sensible (and very humorous) approach, she soon had me organised, by asking me gently what I was hoping to achieve, and giving me some very good ideas. I enjoyed our time together, and am hoping for a much better, streamlined routine thanks to her help. - Barbara
