Pretty Sorted Life Ltd

I’m a mum, a professional organiser, and a graduate of the London College of Fashion, where I earned a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing. With seven years of experience in retail and visual merchandising, I’ve developed a strong eye for aesthetics and a knack for creating spaces that inspire and uplift.

But I’m far from the typical organiser—whatever that looks like! I bring warmth, energy, and a relatable approach to my work. My clients often tell me that working with me feels like chatting with a friend, which makes the process of organising and decluttering far less intimidating.

Life has taught me resilience, adaptability, and the power of creating environments that support personal growth. I’m passionate about helping people not only organise their spaces but also rediscover their potential, giving them the tools to live their best lives.

Life Coaching

Life has a way of throwing us into situations we’re never truly prepared for. My own journey has been one of constant evolution—adapting to life changes, overcoming challenges, and growing into the person I am today. From balancing the demands of caring for my family to running a business, I’ve had to repeatedly rediscover myself and find strength I didn’t know I had.

This journey ignited my passion for helping other women who feel stuck or lost. I specialise in empowering women to rediscover their true selves, embrace their power, and take transformative steps forward. Whether you’re navigating a major life change or simply feel disconnected from your passions, I’m here to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

With a compassionate, relatable approach, I focus on guiding women to realign with their values, uncover what they truly want, and build the confidence to create a fulfilling life. You don’t have to stay stuck—I can help you take the next step toward a life that reflects your strength, potential, and purpose.

Personal/family productivity

Navigating life with ADHD is a challenge in itself, but as a single parent to a disabled child and the primary carer for my elderly, blind father, I’ve learned that organisation and preparation are the keys to keeping everything running smoothly. Balancing these responsibilities while also running a successful limited company has taught me the importance of creating efficient systems and environments that truly support productivity.

I specialise in helping families, particularly those juggling multiple responsibilities, to optimise their homes and routines for better productivity. My approach starts with decluttering and organising the physical space, which serves as the foundation for creating effective systems tailored to each family’s unique needs and goals.

I bring years of personal experience and dedication to this work. My methods have been tried, tested, and refined over the years through research, training, and real-life application in my own home and with my clients. I’m proud to offer practical, sustainable solutions that not only transform homes but also empower families to stay on track and achieve their goals.

ADHD

As someone with ADHD, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of maintaining a tidy, organised home. Many people don’t realise that while those of us with ADHD may struggle with clutter, we still deeply desire a calm, organised space. This personal experience is what inspired me to become a professional organiser.

I thrive in a tidy, aesthetically pleasing environment and know how transformative it can be for focus, productivity, and overall well-being. However, I also know how hard it can be to create and maintain such a space, especially when traditional organising methods don’t work for neurodiverse individuals. That’s why I specialise in creating personalised systems that suit the unique needs of people with ADHD and neurodiverse families.

My approach is non-judgmental, practical, and creative. I combine persistence with innovative strategies to design spaces that are not only functional but also beautiful. I believe that your environment is everything—when it supports you, you thrive; when it doesn’t, it can lead to overwhelm and even depression.

With a background in visual merchandising, I bring a strong eye for detail and aesthetics to my work. My experience designing shop windows and displays allows me to create organised spaces that are both practical and visually stunning. My goal is to help my clients feel empowered and at ease in their homes, giving them the tools and support to maintain an environment where they can truly flourish.

Sally transformed my and my family’s life. Before I found Sally, I was in a constant state of anxiety and frustration as my house was always in a mess and nothing had “homes”. Sally was so patient and empathetic to my state of mind and strived to provide the best service every single day that she was here to declutter and organise my house. Don’t underestimate how a decluttered home can improve one’s mindset and mood. I couldn’t have found a better organiser and her services are the best thing I’ve paid for in 2023! ❤️
Without Sally’s organisation, professionalism and logical thinking I would never have been able to clear my house out in time for tenants to move in. She went above and beyond over an entire weekend and she never stopped. Her genuine desire to help and deliver a great level of service are to be commended.
Halfway through my pregnancy, I wasn’t sure how I was going to find the time to sort my house out before the baby arrived. I work full-time and have a toddler to run around after. I accepted that I needed help. From the moment I first contacted Sally, I knew she could assist. She completely broke down how we could tackle each section of my home in priority order and assured me we would get the place ready for the baby. Starting with the big jobs first, she tackled the loft, and I was so impressed with how hard Sally worked and how much we were able to achieve in a day. Since then, I’ve had her back twice! The house is now fully systemized, and I’m so relaxed and ready for the new addition. If you need help, ask Sally—you won’t regret it.
