The 4 day working week is coming. Clients are often overwhelmed with work which is why some need someone else to help with cleaning, childcare and decluttering. The pandemic changed the way we all work forever. But yet, we are still using old rules to win new games.

For those with full-time jobs and doing this on the side it will massively support with creating boundaries and allowing space to do work that makes a difference, not just making us busy. Having a few more ‘professional’ type tips up their sleeves, organisers could also offer support to clients who are overwhelmed with work as well as support with their own businesses.
